Possible reasons include:
- Points are only awarded for orders placed after creating your account.
- Orders placed before account creation don’t qualify.
- If your account was created before ordering, points are credited once your order has been processed (shipped and not cancelled).
- Only reviews submitted via the invitation email are rewarded automatically.
If you posted a review spontaneously, contact customer service to have the points added manually.
