This might happen if the referred person (referee) didnât complete their order or didnât use the referral link/code.In that case, the referrer unfortunately wonât receive the reward.
đ I converted my loyalty points into a promo code. Can I cancel that and get the points back?
The promo code generated during conversion is valid for 1 month and visible under âReward Historyâ in your account.If you donât plan to use the code, just contact customer service  weâll disable it and credit the points back to your account.
âCan I collect points for orders placed before I created my account?
Loyalty points start accumulating from the moment you create your account.This means that any orders placed before registering wonât be eligible.But the good news is: from the moment you sign up, every purchase will count towards your rewards!
