First of all, check the validity date of your card.
If it's a new card, you must first have made a cash withdrawal or payment with your bank card (offline).
After several attempts, and/or several cards, try with a new email address, or test another available payment method (e.g. Paypal).
If you have a large product cart, remember to check your credit card limit.
