How many coats of polish should I apply?Updated 2 days ago
For an optimal result, apply:
1 layer of Base Coat, a maximum of 2 to 3 thin layers of colour, then 1 layer of Top Coat.
Layers that are too thick may cause wrinkling, incomplete drying, or peeling.
How to apply thin layers?
Take the right amount of polish: dip the brush into the bottle, wipe one side of the brush on the edge of the bottle, then the other side up to halfway. Also remember to wipe the stem of the brush.
👉 A small drop of polish should remain at the tip of the brush.
👉 Take a new drop for each nail to ensure even application.
Good to know:
Polish texture varies depending on pigmentation: some colours are more opaque or thicker than others. It is normal that some shades are easier to apply. Always prefer thin, even layers.
